The TF4ALL Dash
TF4ALL Dash puts the plugin on your phone or tablet, so effects, gains and presets can be changed without leaving the seat. There is no app to install: it opens in the browser on any phone or tablet on the same network as your PC. The phone button at the top of the panel shows a QR code to scan, and Settings > TF4ALL Dash has the same button. Add it to your home screen once and it opens like an app.
The tabs
- Drive. The one to leave up while you are driving. Covered below.
- Effects. Every effect with its switch and its gain, the same list the Effects tab here carries.
- Presets. Your game and car presets, for swapping the whole setup mid-session.
- Car facts. The engine layout and redline of the car you are in, which is what the engine effects time themselves from.
- Tele-FFB. The force the plugin builds itself, in the games where it does: strength, damping, centering, cornering weight and the rest.
- Visualizer. A live graph of what your wheel is being sent: the vibration and the steering force.
Hide the ones you do not want and put the rest in your own order under Settings > TF4ALL Dash > Tabs; the dash updates straight away. Dash tab next and back can go on a wheel button, so the tab can be changed without reaching for the screen. (What you can bind)
The Drive tab
The tab shows what is useful while you are driving: a large gear readout, a rev strip above it, and four boxes you choose from car facts, tire temps, tire wear, fuel, lap times, inputs, a friction circle, a G circle, a radar, the relative, damage, presets, gains and the visualizer. The boxes can be changed from the phone itself, and the layout is saved per game, since not all games output the same amount of telemetry.
Some of those boxes set things rather than report them. The car facts box changes the car’s redline RPM and engine layout from the seat, so getting the engine effects timed to the car never means alt-tabbing into the plugin.
Two rows suits a tablet. Bottom row only gives a phone a bigger gear. Throttle, brake and steering can sit around the gear as well.
The rev strip follows your wheel’s own rev lights: the same colors, the same fill direction, the same switch-on points for the car you are driving. Or set it yourself, as a green to red ramp scaled to the car’s redline, filling from the left or from both ends inward. It flashes in step with the wheel at the limiter.
Alerts
Flags appear as a colored band across whichever tab is open, and a spotter bar runs down the edge while a car is alongside. In iRacing your incident count sits under the speed, and each new one is announced with what it cost.
The rest
The dash has eight themes, so you can customize it to fit your style.
The idle card replaces an empty dashboard with your name and number when no game is running, or once the car has sat still long enough during one. How long, and what it looks like, are yours to set.
