How the force reaches your wheel
Not unless you ask it to. By default your wheel’s own force feedback comes through exactly as it did, with your settings intact, and the plugin’s effects are layered on top of it.
The exception is Telemetry Based FFB, which deliberately builds the steering force from telemetry instead of passing the game’s through:
- In the Forza titles it stays off until you turn it on.
- In Farming Simulator it runs by itself, because the centering spring it replaces is all the game offers.
In iRacing, and in Assetto Corsa with the TF4ALL CSP Bridge, the force is the sim’s own, handed to the plugin directly and carried to the wheel, so it feels exactly as you tuned it. (iRacing setup, the bridge.)
